Why\Problem Solved: Great customer service , great stock and they have an awesome Brick and Mortar location in Asheville I try to visit once a year or so. They also don't oversell their pre-sales like Amazon and other big box stores do. I have never been let down on getting my must have titles from Orbit.

  • Be mindful of their pre-order shipping policies. If you order multiple pre-orders in a purchase it won't ship until everything has come in. If you want a title asap pre-order it by itself.
