Why\Problem Solved:	Great customer service , great stock and they have an awesome Brick and Mortar location in Asheville I try to visit once a year or so. They also don't oversell their pre-sales like Amazon and other big box stores do. I have never been let down on getting my must have titles from Orbit.

Tips\Screenshot:	Be mindful of their pre-order shipping policy. If you order multiple pre-orders your order won't ship until everything is in. If you need it asap do your pre-orders one at a time.
